Seloger Immo Ltée ("Seloger Immo Vacances", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the confidentiality, security, and privacy of the personal data you provide to us or that we collect about you when you interact with us. We are aware of our responsibilities to protect your data, to keep it secure and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Information you provide to us:

  • Your full name and contact information, passport and visa information.
  • Guest stay information, date of arrival and departure, special requests made, phone numbers and email,  and other messages received.
  • Your credit card, mobile payment and other payment details.
  • Any information necessary to fulfil special requests.
  • Your reviews about our services.
  • Any other personal data you choose to provide to us.
  • If you provide us with personal data of another person (other than a child), you are responsible for ensuring that such person is made aware of the information contained in this Privacy Policy and that the person has given you his/her consent for sharing the information with us.
  • In limited cases where we do seek to collect sensitive data (for example your food preference, allergies, health conditions, current medication, any physical conditions that affect your mobility) we will do so in accordance with data privacy law requirements and/or ask for your explicit consent.
  • IMPORTANT: We do not knowingly collect data relating to a child under the age of 18. By law, parents or guardians of the child have the obligation to provide data related to the child. In this case, we shall make every reasonable effort to verify using any reasonable means (including but not limited to any written supporting evidence) that the express consent has been given or authorised.

For the performance of our agreement with you, in order to:

  •  process, confirm, provide and charge for services booked through us.
  • access to the content and respond to your enquiries and requests for information and services; and ensure communication to you or your guest in relation to their stay or contracted services to provide.
  • To register you as a new Client through our online booking system, reservation desk, check-in and check-out at the accommodation chosen.
  • To use data analytics to improve our website, services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
  • Performance of a contract with you especially for Long term rental.

Disclosures of your personal data

We may share your personal data:
  • between and among Us and to our service providers in relation to the above purposes and to facilitate the operation of our business, but we shall only do so on a need to know basis;
  • For booking process and validation
  • with third-party payment processors, payment service providers.
  • with anyone involved in the process of making your vacation arrangements (accommodation, transfers, excursions and so on..)
  • with any law enforcement, courts, Government or regulatory bodies (in whatever jurisdiction), or otherwise in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, court order or legal process;
  • with our advisors, which includes our accountants, lawyers, other professional advisors and business contacts for the purpose of assisting us to better manage, support or develop our business and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations;
  • with any other party at your consent or at your direction; and
  • otherwise as permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations.

Your personal data will be transferred to, and stored at seloger Immo Ltée. It will also be accessed and processed by our personnel and the personnel of our colllaborators and third party service providers, who operate in or outside of Mauritius.

Direct Marketing

From time to time, we would like to use your name, email address, mobile phone number, and other relevant contact information to send you either via emails, SMS messages, telephone calls, push notifications, post, or social media (e.g. Facebook) information that we think may be of interest to you, including about our services, offers and promotions, but we can only do so with your consent. You may opt-out from receiving marketing communications at any time, free of charge, by contacting Seloger Immo Ltée| Seloger Immo Vacances.

Retention of Personal data

To the extent required by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy, or de-identify or redact, personal data in a secure manner when we no longer need it for the purposes for  which it was collected, and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes. In any event, we do not retain your personal data for longer than seven (7) years, subject to local laws and regulations.

  • We will not use your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the purposes for which we collected it, and of which you have been informed, unless it is required or authorized by law, or it is in your own vital interest (e.g. in case of a medical emergency) to do so.
  • We may process your personal data without your knowledge or consent, in order to prevent fraud and other illegal activity, and for verification process of any online transaction or payment.
