- Postponement Policy: Any postponement request is not guaranteed and should be communicated at least 72-hour prior to the arrival date by email to info@selogerimmoltee.com An extra cost will be charged not more than EURO 100
- If there is a Total Lockdown, closure of borders of your country of origin or in Mauritius, or any unexpected natural calamities in Mauritius booking will automatically be canceled. There will be no refund but the booking will be postponed within 12 months from the original booking dates
- No-shows will be charged total rate; no refunds, rescheduling, or re-booking allowed
- Prices communicated do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended to all our clients to take a travel insurance including a special Covid-19 Health and Repatriation Cover.
- Property is rented for the number of people indicated at the time of booking
- If client fails to declare a child or book wrong age group, additional charges may be required on arrival
- Visitors are not allowed on premises
- Self-Catering: Unless specified, clients are responsible to bring their own Food and Beverages
