Rates for December and January are 25% higher.
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required on weekends.
Weekends : 3 & 4 Bedrooms are accepted only
Public Holidays / Peak Season (24 Dec – 05 Jan): The Entire Villa (4 Bedrooms) is accepted only
A single night stay on the weekend costs 50% more.

A security deposit is required as follows:
– Rs 10,000 for all 1 and 2-bedroom villas
– Rs 15,000 for 3 and 4-bedroom villas
– Rs 25,000 for stays longer than 10 nights
The security deposit will be refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided the villa is clean, and no damage has occurred to any item on the property’s inventory list are accounted for. – No damage should be present to walls, lights, windows, doors, curtains, electrical and bathroom appliances, the swimming pool system, burglar bars, cameras, alarm systems, or any other furniture and fittings. The security deposit will be retained if these conditions are not met. If the damage exceeds the amount of the deposit, the customer agrees to compensate the company based on the current market value of the damaged item, as well as any applicable labor costs. In the event of disagreement regarding the value, the customer will be required to replace the damaged item with a new one of the same brand and quality.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any part of the Property and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Neighbour disturbances (loud music and noise pollution) are prohibited.
For self check-out: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the premises are well locked and secured before leaving, and that all electrical appliances are turned off. Failure to do so will result in deductions from the
security deposit, with a fixed deduction of Rs 5,000 if any air conditioning unit or lights remain on after check-
out.
The heated pool is available for an additional cost of Rs 3,500 per night, with the default temperature set at 28 degrees
Celsius. Clients who require a higher temperature must notify LVB at least 1 week before check-in. For
temperatures up to 32.5 degrees Celsius, there is no extra charge; however, temperatures above 32.5 degrees
up to 35 degrees will incur an additional charge of Rs 1,500 per night.
Maid service is available at no additional cost for stays of three nights or longer, with service provided every three nights thereafter.
A non-refundable Rs 5,000 payment may be accepted to hold a provisional reservation for a limited period
until the client conducts a property visit.
Clients are responsible for any missing, damaged, or stained items during their stay.
