These terms apply to everyone in your group, encompassing any individual you have booked for or on behalf of.
As the primary contact for your group, all correspondence and discussions regarding arrangements for you and your group members will be conducted exclusively between you and us. By agreeing to this, you accept the Terms and Conditions outlined below, collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will only be considered valid if they are explicitly agreed to in writing by the director of selogerimmoltee.com
ACCOMODATION
The rental of accommodation is only available to the guests and the number of persons indicated during booking. Subletting, sharing or inviting outsiders is not permitted.
We regularly make improvements to our accommodation and their features may differ from the photos displayed.
Children must be under constant adult supervision throughout their stay, especially when using the pools, as there is no security system or supervision in place for the pools.
Animals, including pets and strays, are not permitted.
PRICES
We have defined seasons during which prices are likely to vary.
The prices mentioned on the website are in Mauritian Rupees (MUR), Euros (EUR) or in any other currency.
The prices displayed on our website are subject to change during the season and may differ from those published on other websites at the time of your booking, which you agree to when you confirm it.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for bookings can be made via bank transfer, MCB JUICE, or credit card. Seloger Immo Ltée utilises a secure online payment platform called Mobipaid.
Mobipaid, which was provided to us by MCB (Mauritius Commercial Bank), serves as a payment gateway that facilitates secure online transactions. It supports major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Kindly note that making an online payment implies that you are fully authorized to use the bank card provided for payment and that you have sufficient funds to cover the total cost of the transaction.
